Sunny Side Up
Ladies and Gentelman, allow me to introduce you to the most absurd olympic bid logo EVER:
No, this is not a joke. This logo, mind you, was approved by a 4 member commission with 2 professors on it. Moreover, it was produced by some advertising and PR agency called …”Kiwi” …!?! This logo comes several months after an even uglier (but true) corruption allegation and subsequent removal from office and ban of the former Bulgarian Olympic committee chairman, who collected bribes in return for an endorsement of London’s bid. Do you smell lots of dirty money involved?
The logo has absolutely no aesthetic appeal and zero meaning or symbolics. Moreover, it looks as if my four year old cousin was left unsupervised to play with MS Paint. Seriously, I am ashamed of this thing, big time. How come all the other countries can have normal, even pretyy, bid logos:

Is it an egg? A sun? An egg served sunny side up? What the heck is this? It is a real shame. For the first time, Bulgaria had a somewhat reasonable chance of a realistic bid. We actually have great winter resources, the country is more than pretty, and the equipment has been renovated. It’s not that the logo will be the decisive factor. Some might even wonder why I am making such a big deal out of it. Because it’s embarrassing! There are so many talented people with creative ideas and visions about how to make our fragile new democracy a better place to live in. And for each one of them, there is at least one corrupt politician, olympic committee member, “kiwi”, or government official to ruin it all. And to really make me and many others exclaim: “What a shame!” Arghh, I can’t stomach this; it’s so ugly - on many levels. Granted, it made me laugh for a few minutes; then, it made me bitter, sad, and just plain angry.
It’s more than disgusting. The first time I saw it I thought that it is an egg served on a grass. Awful, really awful.

I still feel like if they hadn’t had those whites sticking all the way up and had the yellow point in a more circular shape, it could have made a nice ski-hill-and-a-sun landscape
