Не реагирам много добре на стресови ситуации. Вчера разбрах, че доста от хормоналните ми изледвания са много, ама много извън нормите. Което обяснява проблемите ми с килограмите, настроенията, нередовния цикъл, непрекъснатата умора. Може би това е прекално много лична информация, но ще се пръсна. Добре е че знам, така може да се прави нещо по въпроса вместо да се получава въртенето в кръг от няколко години насам. От друга страна, чувствам се пренатоварена с информация, с режима, който ми назначиха. Много строга диета, спорт + лекарства. Първите две неща си ги правех досега и сама, но без особен резултат. Да се надяваме, че най-после ще успея малко да регулирам сложния механизъм, който тиктака във всеки един от нас. Добрите страни: няма опасност скоро да забременея (хаха, не че досега имаше) и се планира до 3 месеца да съм супер секси мацка (не че досега не бях :) ). Само дето стресът от тези неща ми идва в повече, а това не е много добре. Обръщайте си внимание и не пренебрегвайте себе си. Прекалено много време прахосах, обвинявайки мързела и лакомията си, без да си давам сметка, че това качване на килограми и тази умора просто не бяха нормални. Все тая, гледаме напред и с оптимизъм. Всичко ще се нареди. Надявам се :) .

  2. след като вече знаеш за какво става въпрос, уверявам те, ще се почувстваш много по-спокойна, най-малкото заради това, че си наясно какво точно се случва. няма нищо непоправимо и страшно, най-важното е здравето, а след като си наясно какво и как, убедена съм, че не след дълго ще се почувстваш истински в кондиция! упех, и не унивай!!!

  4. Откриха ми същите проблеми миналата година и точно с диета и спорт за 6 месеца всичко се оправи. Сега всичко е редовно, изглеждам добре и единственият ми проблем е, че леко бях отвикнала да се запасявам с консумативи и сега все тичам до магазина в последния момент…

    А и надявам се няма да се разсърдиш ако ти дам едно съветче… Ако си ядеш месо, купувай си organic. По-скъпо е, но ги няма всички тези growth хормони и мизерии…

    Много успех ти пожелавам и не се притеснявай- всичко е обратимо!
